Construction:
Choose a reasonable erection sequence and construction operation procedure to ensure the safety of scaffold erection and reduce the accumulation of errors in scaffold erection.
The installation of landing scaffolding and cantilever scaffolding should be synchronized with the construction of the project. The height of one installation should not exceed two steps from the top wall connecting piece, and the free height should not exceed 4m.
The supporting scaffolding should be erected row by row and layer by layer.
Reinforcement bars such as diagonal braces and diagonal braces shall be erected synchronously with the frame body, and installation shall not be delayed.
The erection of component assembly scaffolding should extend from one end to the other, and be erected step by step from bottom to top, and the direction of erection should be changed layer by layer.
After each step of erecting the frame, the spacing, step distance, verticality, and levelness of the vertical poles should be calibrated according to regulations.
Wall connecting components are important components to ensure the stability of the working scaffold, and must be erected synchronously with the working scaffold and firmly connected. When the operating height of the scaffolding is more than 2 steps higher than the adjacent wall connecting components, temporary tying measures must be taken before the installation of the upper wall connecting components is completed.
Demolition:
The dismantling of the frame should be carried out layer by layer from top to bottom, and simultaneous operations are strictly prohibited.
The members and components on the same floor must be removed in the order of outside first and then inside. The reinforcing members such as diagonal braces and diagonal braces must be removed when they are removed to the position of the member.
The wall connecting components of the homework scaffold must be dismantled layer by layer along with the scaffold. It is strictly prohibited to dismantle the entire or several layers of the wall connecting components before dismantling the scaffold. During the dismantling process, temporary tying measures must be taken when the height of the free end of the frame exceeds two steps.
The dismantling of scaffolding must not be struck or pried with heavy hammers. The dismantled rods and components should be transported to the ground by machinery or manual labor, and throwing is strictly prohibited.
