Measurement Control:
After installation, measure the support points to ensure stability and accuracy.
Use professional measuring tools (such as laser trackers and theodolites) to obtain accurate data.
Regular measurements should be taken during construction, and the data should be used to analyze and correct the already constructed sections.
Connection and Reinforcement:
After installation, check the connection status of each node, and apply prestress after meeting the requirements.
Pre-applied axial force should be applied evenly, symmetrically, and in stages, and locked after the rated pressure stabilizes.
Reinforce the support nodes to ensure structural stability.
Prestress Application and Monitoring:
Monitor axial force during construction. If stress loss occurs due to temperature differences, self-deformation, etc., reapply prestress.
Reapply support prestress if prestress is lost or the wall undergoes horizontal displacement.
