May 23,2025
The scaffold board should be fully and stably laid, and the distance from the wall should not exceed 150mm.
When laying scaffolding boards, one end of the small horizontal bar of a single row scaffold should be fixed to the upright pole (large horizontal bar) with a right angle fastener, and the other end should be inserted into the wall, with an insertion length of not less than 180mm.
The probe length of the scaffold board at the end of the homework layer should be taken as 150mm, and both ends of the board length should be reliably fixed to the support rod.
The footrest probe should be fixed on the supporting rod with a diameter of 3.2mm galvanized steel wire. The scaffold boards at corners and ramp platform entrances should be fixed to horizontal bars with galvanized steel wire to prevent sliding.
The scaffold boards should be connected and laid flat, and two small horizontal bars must be installed at the joints. The extension length of the scaffold boards should be 130-150mm, and the sum of the extension lengths of the two scaffold boards should not exceed 300mm.
When using docking or overlapping, a horizontal bar must be installed at the main node and fastened with right angle fasteners. It is strictly prohibited to remove it.
Except for bamboo fence scaffold boards, other scaffold boards can be overlapped and laid, and the joints must be supported on small horizontal bars. The overlap length should be greater than 200mm, and the length of the extension from the small horizontal bar should not be less than 100mm.
